Great clean ability from the handsome brushed aluminum exterior to the mirror stainless interior. They truly clean up with soap, water and a nylon pad. Even heating is evident as you put some EVOO in a pan and saute onions that brown evenly from the center to the outside of the pan each onion is cooking at the same rate. They are light weight and rival, if not exceed some of the best European brand cookware. Best of all they are USA made and have a lifetime warranty. One small note is the lids are not made in the US (made in China) but fit well and clean as good. I give this set my highest recommendation.
